INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFICATION
The Public Works Authority of the State of Qatar (ASHGHAL) wishes to select a short-list of competent Contracting Companies for invitation to tender for Micro Tunnelling and Pipe Jacking in drainage works. The Authority is seeking proposals from Applicants (where Applicants can be individual firms, consortia and joint ventures) to demonstrate the capability, experience and understanding that is required to perform these tasks.

CONTRACT SCOPE OF WORKS:
With reference to various Projects in Qatar, Micro Tunneling and Pipe Jacking construction is required to be carried out at various project locations in Qatar. In order to facilitate this, Ashghal shall prequalify a number of Drainage Micro Tunneling and Pipe Jacking Contractors to be included within the ‘List of Approved Contractors’ for specialized works.
The Contractor shall provide Management, Procurement, Execution & Supervision services for Drainage Micro Tunnelling and Pipe Jacking works for multiple pipe sizes from 400mm diameter (Laterals) to 2000mm diameter (Trunk main) and greater than 2000mm diameters (Trunk main), are required to be completed, as per the ASHGHAL Quality Standards.

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION APPLICATION
Interested eligible firms should return the completed Pre-qualification documents to the following address not later than 1:00 pm (local Doha time, GMT +3.00) on or before Tuesday 20/09/2016,
