Expression of Interest (EOI) for “Local Roads and Drainage Programme (LRDP) – General Engineering Consultant – Site Supervision”
The Public Works Authority (PWA) known as “Ashghal” in the State of Qatar, through the Local Roads and Drainage Programme (LRDP) intends to deliver associated infrastructure construction projects within a coordinated framework of outsourced construction contracts over the next five (5) to seven (7) years. 
The PWA desires to appoint appropriately competent and experienced professional civil engineering consultants to provide site supervision services including, but not limited to, contract management and administration, and supervision of the construction works of selected construction contractors.
This is a request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to solicit the services of reputable, competent, and experienced professional civil engineering infrastructure (Local Roads and Drainage) consultants to participate in the bidding process for the role of General Engineering Consultant - Site Supervision.

The closing date for this invitation is on Tuesday 06th June 2017 at 1:00 PM.  Any Application received by the PWA after this deadline for submission may, at the sole discretion of the PWA, be rejected as non-compliant and will remain unopened. Expression of Interest must be notified using the attached form and sent by e-mail only. No other documentation, including brochures about your company, additional information etc., should be included in your submission, other than that requested.

Local Qatari Registered Companies only should apply.
No boxes, Notebooks or lever arch files to be submitted, only the attached forms shall be submitted.
