Tender Details:
The works comprises the Construction of the following:
1. Porta-Cabin Structures (1 no. Administration Building, 2 nos. Guard Rooms & 2 nos. Toilets) and Security Cameras (CCTV).
2. Ancillary buildings (Tank Yard and Pump Room, Generator Room & Sub-Station).
3. Boundary & Internal Fences and Gates
4. Storage Areas/Yards (Zone -1 to 4).
5. External/Internal Roads
6. All necessary External Services Works.
The Contractor shall complete and deliver the whole of the Works within Two Hundred and Forty (240) days plus Four Hundred (400) days Maintenance Period.
