Contracts Department
The department’s role in brief is as follows:
- Develop model contracts for all projects undertaken by the Authority, in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Review and discuss the modifications that are introduced to the contracts, in coordination with concerned administrative units.
- Prepare and processing of contracts and filing of associated documents.
- Provide advice and consultancy on various contractual matters.
- Study claims and disputes, in light of the contracts signed with stakeholders.
