ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE Tenderers are strictly to adhere all the following Tender participation eligibilities in order to participate in the Tender and pursuant to ITT 2.5 of Volume 1 Part 3 Instruction to Tenderers, Tenderers with the following conditions are eligible to participate shall be classified from Ministry of Finance (MoF) classification as follow: Contractors: Local or Foreign Classification: Roads or Sanitation - Either one Classification is Premium/Excellent or Grade 1 or Grade 2 OR Classification: Sanitation only- Contractor must JV with Roads Contractor with Premium/Excellent or Grade 1 or 2. PROJECT BRIEF: The project consists of the completion of remaining works of the permanent and temporary infrastructure of the DW077-P01 project – Roads and Infrastructure in Rawdat Egdaim and Ezghawa Package 1 including, not limited to road works, street lighting, surface water drainage, foul water drainage, electricity, potable water and telecommunication crossing ducts.. The project area covers approximately 151 hectares in two residential subdivisions: The first subdivision (herein referred as Area 1) is located on the North side of Celebration Road in Zone 71 Um Slal Municipality; and the second subdivision (herein referred as Area 2) is located on the South of Celebration Road in Zone 51 The DW077-P01 project- Road and Infrastructure in Rawdat Egdaim and Ezghawa – Package 01 was originally awarded by the Authority to a Contractor with the works commencing on July-2017. Progress for the DW077-P01 works has achieved approximately 96% when PWA decided in September-2022 to terminate the Contractor and to re-tender the remaining works. The scope for this tender covers the original DW077-P01 project scope for works which was not commenced; and the construction, completion and handover to the Authority of the completed works and the partially completed works by the previous Contractor
